2. What Data We Collect

  • Email address — collected when you purchase access to Adsoptiq services (via Stripe).
  • Google OAuth tokens — if you use the Merchant Center Approval Reports app, we store access tokens to your Google account solely for the purpose of fetching data from Google Merchant Center.
  • Google Merchant Center data — product statuses (approved / disapproved / pending) are fetched directly from your Merchant Center account and displayed only to you.

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Providing access to purchased services.
  • Displaying product status reports from your Google Merchant Center account.
  • Communicating with you about your purchased services.

4. Google API Services

The Merchant Center Approval Reports application uses Google OAuth 2.0 with the scopehttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/content(read access to Google Merchant Center data). Data obtained from Google APIs is used exclusively to display product status information to the authenticated user. It is not shared with third parties, used for advertising purposes, or stored longer than necessary for the operation of the service.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We use the following trusted processors:

  • Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com)
  • Supabase — storage of access tokens and email addresses (supabase.com)
  • Vercel — application hosting (vercel.com)

6. Data Retention

Access tokens and email addresses are retained for the duration of your active access to the service. Upon cancellation or upon your request, data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct or delete your personal data
  • Withdraw consent to data processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority
