1. Service Provider

Adsoptiq is operated by Tomáš Bžirský. By purchasing or using any Adsoptiq service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Contact: tomas@adsoptiq.com

2. Services

Adsoptiq provides software tools for e-commerce and advertising analytics, including but not limited to Merchant Center Approval Reports, Skladovost, and Heureka Náklady. Services are provided as-is and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Access & Licensing

  • Access is granted upon successful payment and is tied to the email address used at checkout.
  • Access is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or redistribute your access credentials.
  • One purchase grants access to a single user account.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
  • After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
  • Prices are listed exclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Google Account Integration

Certain services require you to connect your Google account via OAuth. By doing so, you grant Adsoptiq read-only access to the relevant Google services (e.g., Google Merchant Center). You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the services.
  • Abuse API rate limits or intentionally overload the service infrastructure.
  • Share your access token or credentials with third parties.

7. Availability & Liability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Adsoptiq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
